ChaU8 – USDT Multi-Chain Scanner & Network Finder is a read-only Chrome extension that allows users to enter a public TRON or EVM-compatible wallet address, scan supported blockchain networks for recognized USDT balances, identify the type and issuer of detected USDT assets, and determine whether USDT may have been transferred to an unexpected network.
The extension does not connect to wallets, request transaction approvals, or require private keys or seed phrases.
1. Information Handled
The extension handles the following information:
- Public wallet addresses entered by the user
- Public TRON addresses beginning with
T
- Public EVM-compatible addresses beginning with
0x
- The blockchain network on which the user originally expected to find USDT
- Public USDT token balances associated with the entered address
- Public native-token balances, including ETH, BNB, POL, AVAX, TRX and other supported gas-token balances
- Public blockchain network information, including network names, chain identifiers and token contract addresses
- USDT asset classification information, including:
- Tether-issued USDT
- USDT0 or Legacy Mesh assets
- Bridged USDT
- Exchange-pegged USDT
- Recently searched public wallet addresses
- Cached blockchain query results
- User-selected networks, display preferences and search settings
- Public wallet addresses entered through the Chrome address bar using the
usdtfind keyword
- Technical status information required to display query results, errors, gas-balance warnings and possible wrong-network alerts
The extension does not request, collect or store:
- Private keys
- Seed phrases
